Job Description

The opportunity:
Autonomy to build your practice your way, with ample time to establish meaningful patient relationships
Moderate patient volume of 10-15 patients per day
Ability to incorporate procedures and scopes into your practice
4-day work week and 6+ weeks of PTO provide outstanding work/life balance
Easy call schedule without the need to be at the facility
Compensation Details:
Base Salary Range: $325,000 - $400,000
Guaranteed ongoing base salary plus production bonus
Six figure signing bonus
Up to $250,000 in retention bonuses or student loan repayment
Executive level benefits include health insurance, 401k, annual CMEs, and more.
