The Opportunity

Practice autonomy and build your panel and style of practice your way.

Moderate patient volume of just 10-15 patients per day, allowing time for meaningful, relationship based care.

Opportunity to incorporate procedures and scopes based on your interests.

4 day workweek with 6+ weeks of PTO for outstanding work life balance.

Light, easy call schedule with no requirement to remain onsite.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $325,000-$400,000.

Guaranteed ongoing base salary plus additional production bonus.

$100,000 signing bonus.

Up to $250,000 in retention bonus and/or student loan repayment.
