Job Description
A nationally recognized, physician-led organization at an established outpatient Internal Medicine practice is seeking a BE/BC IM physician to join their growing team and serving the Billings, Montana region.

Practice is part of a large, integrated healthcare system with a strong regional presence
Established outpatient clinic with a stable referral base and immediate patient demand
Collaborative, physician-focused culture with autonomy and scheduling flexibility

Position Details:
100% outpatient Internal Medicine
4- or 5-day workweek with flexible scheduling options & minimal call
Typical clinic hours 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Established patient panel with immediate volume - Seeing 18-22 patients per day
Compensation:
$290,000 base salary plus wRVU-based production
$25,000 sign-on bonus
Student loan repayment available
Relocation assistance offered
Executive-level benefits package including PTO, malpractice coverage, and annual CME
