Internal Medicine job located in RENO, Nevada

Unique opportunity in Reno, Nevada to provide comprehensive physical exams for firefighters and police officers in and around Reno. This employer is seeking Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine residency trained physicians to see approximately 15 patients per day while administering the NFPA 1582 physical fitness pre-employment and annual exams. Full time or part-time options exists, employment or independent contractor, your choice!You will adminster these physical exams M-F, no evenings or weekends and no follow up care ever.  Basic duties will be to meet with patients, perform physicals, get their medical history, run labs, etc..  You will have a full support team including an exercise physiologist.  Your time will be split between working in the office and traveling to the surrounding fire departments to administer these exams.  Employment of 1099 independent contractor status, your choice.  Compensation will be close to $240,000 annually.  Paid malpractice regardless of employed or 1099 status.
