Opportunity details include seeing patients 60 and up only in an outpatient office, M-F schedule, no nights, no weekends, very limited-no phone call and an average of 12-15 patients per day. $320,000+ earnings potential.Bonus based on quality metrics.  Additional annual bonus of up to 20% of salary.  Openings available in St. Louis, Las Vegas, OKC, Birmingham, Tulsa, Kansas City, Omaha and Tucson.  $260-270K Annual Salary.  Quality Bonus production incentives.  Signing Bonus available up to $20,000 .
