LOCAL PRIMARY CARE WITH A MISSION

Our uplifting dedicated professionals will serve our patients whole health needs while providing an enjoyable experience. Wide range of services from pediatric to geriatric and also employment screenings/occupational medicine.
 

ROLE OVERVIEW

• Physician leads a competent team consisting of a pharmacist, nurse, health coach, behavioral health specialist & medical assistant.
• Schedule 8-5:30 M-F ( can do 4x10hr shifts) Last patient 4:40p
• NO Call
• Average time per patient visit 30 minutes OR Annual Wellness visits 1hr
• Independent Primary care center not hospital affiliated
• 12-15 patients a day/ Complex patients seen 6-8x’s a year
 

PACKAGE

• Pay Range: $230-$250k Base + 10% Bonus

• Full benefits, Free Urgent Care, 401k, 1wk. CME + 4wks. PTO + 6 paid holidays
