Medical Director needed in southern North Carolina post acute care facility. This is a full time opportunity rounding and providing leadership. Compensation range: $352,751-$390,021 no productivity cap.  Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams.  Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs.  Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes.  Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach.  Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies.  Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations.
