Job Description
Become part of a well-established health system that has proudly served the coastal Carolina region for over 55 years. They are currently seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine physician to join their team in New Bern, North Carolina.
About This Position
- Collaborative, team-oriented group setting that fosters strong peer support and shared clinical insight
- Predictable Monday–Friday schedule with standard office hours, promoting excellent work-life balance
- Light call schedule (1:28 rotation), allowing for minimal disruption to personal time
- Manageable patient volume of 16–18 per day, enabling meaningful patient interactions and high-quality care
- $25,000 sign-on bonus to welcome you to the team and support your transition
Compensation/Benefits
- 2-Year Guarantee ($250K-$265K), productivity-driven, and based on WRVUs with obtainable bonus incentives
- Full Benefits including health and dental for the family, long-term and short-term disability, life insurance, 403B retirement plan, 457 retirement plan, profit-pension retirement plan, malpractice insurance (retroactive & tail)
- 10 days CME, $7,000 for CME expenses and dues/subscriptions
- Up to $15k in moving expenses.
