This opportunity has a guaranteed salary for two years with production-based by year three, but with such a large patient base, expect to bonus early. You will be offered a sign-on bonus, loan repayment, medical and dental benefits, life/disability insurance, 3 weeks of vacation, CME, and malpractice insurance.
