Women's Health Physician (Concierge Practice)
Location: Mason, OH

A premier women’s health practice in Mason, OH is expanding and seekin a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Physician (MD/DO) to join its high-touch concierge-style model of care. The practice delivers comprehensive primary care through a women’s health lens, with a clinical emphasis on midlife, menopause, preventive medicine, and evidence-based hormone therapy.

What You’ll Do
- Provide personalized, evidence-based care to women across the lifespan, with an emphasis on perimenopause and menopause
- Conduct annual exams, preventive screenings, chronic disease management, and hormone therapy evaluations
- Collaborate closely with in-house specialists and support teams to ensure continuity and depth of care
- Participate in education and research opportunities if desired (including clinical trials in women's health and hormone therapy)
- Maintain detailed documentation in a modern, integrated EMR
- Lead and contribute to a supportive, collegial team culture
Qualifications
For Physicians:
- MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or OB/GYN
- Strong interest or experience in women's health, menopause, or lifestyle medicine
- OH medical license (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Passion for building long-term relationships with patients and delivering whole-person care
For APPs (NP or PA):
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Experience in primary care, women’s health, or internal medicine strongly preferred
- Comfort with managing menopause care, hormone therapy, and preventive care
- Interest in research, education, and clinical innovation a plus
