Internal Medicine job located in PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania

Philadelphia post acute care facility is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine physician to join their team. In this full time role, you will have the opportunity to manage complex cases in a skilled nursing facility focused on improving care for some of the most vulnerable patients. Primary care rounding in skilled nursing facilities.  Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of care.  Collaborate with clinicians, facility leaders and others regarding care and services.  Build relationships with your patients, patients' family members, and facility staff to facilitate effective treatment delivery.  Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to nurse practitioners.  - Flexible rounding schedule.  - Uncapped earning potential.  - Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage.  - Leadership and growth opportunities to further your career.  At least one year experience required.
