Position Highlights:
- Average no more than 10 patients per day!
- minimum of 30 min per appointment
- Panel size will not exceed 475 patients
- Provide quality care with the time needed to deliver your best care
- Robust support team, including dedicated nursing, wellness coaches, referral coordinators
Compensation:
- Guaranteed Base Salary with incentive
- 30+ days off per year
