Job Description
Non-profit Health System is seeking to hire Day Shift, & Mid-Day Shift (2p-12a) Hospitalists. Need due to the growth of the Hospital. This is a full-service hospital with two campuses that offers a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services. Supported by a group of respected and highly-skilled local physicians, the Hospital features cardiology and electrophysiology, vascular surgery, orthopedics, and pulmonary medicine.
Opportunity Details
- Base plus RVU bonus – no cap some are making $390k+
- Only three hospitalists have left or transitioned in the last eight years. Strong retention!
- 182 shifts, 7 on 7 off 12-hour shifts
- Open ICU, but not necessary to due procedures but will manage vents when needed
- APPs help with day-shift admitting and rounding physician team
- Paid Malpractice, CME Allowance, Retirement, Full Benefits, Sign On Bonus, Relocation Allowance
- Qualifies for PSLF
