Job Title: Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)

Location: South Carolina

Type: Full-Time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Department: Primary Care / Family Medicine / Internal Medicine

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, focusing on prevention, wellness, and management of acute and chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough physical examinations and medical histories

- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses

- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans

- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and lab results

- Provide health education and counseling to patients and families

- Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed

- Emphasize preventive care and health maintenance

- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulations

- Stay current with medical advancements and continuing education

Qualifications:

- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution

- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

- Valid medical license in South Carolina

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team

- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in hospital, outpatient primary care settings

- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems

- Bilingual abilities are a plus
