Seeking an Internal Medicine Residency Program Director to lead a new residency program within a hospital-employed, single-specialty group
--Establish and oversee the inaugural Internal Medicine Residency Program
--Design, develop, and implement the Internal Medicine Residency Program in alignment with ACGME standards
--Provide leadership and mentorship to faculty and residents, ensuring a high-quality educational experience
--Participate in recruitment and selection of residents, curriculum development, and program evaluation
--Balance clinical responsibilities in inpatient and outpatient settings with administrative duties
--Collaborate with hospital and group leadership to achieve program goals and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
