Job Description
Enterprise Medical is partnering with a physician-owned, multispecialty group near Memphis, Tennessee, to recruit an Internal Medicine physician. This well-established organization offers a collaborative, physician-led environment with strong referral support, autonomy, and the potential for long-term partnership.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time, 100% outpatient Internal Medicine position
- Monday–Friday schedule; no weekends
- Light call only (phone call ~2x/month)
- Practice with established Internal Medicine physicians in the same clinic
- Built-in referral base from 35+ primary care providers
- Fully integrated EHR (Altera TouchWorks) across all specialties
- Ability to build your own patient panel and pace
- Partnership track with full partner status in 3 years (minimal buy-in)
- Large, established group with 90 physicians and 70 APPs
Compensation & Benefits:
- 2-year salary guarantee plus productivity incentives
- Signing bonus and relocation assistance (up to $10,000)
- Up to 6 weeks of vacation
- 8-week sabbatical leave
- 10 days of CME + $3,000 annual allowance
- 401(k) with profit sharing
