Join eleven other BC IMs in a very successful practice. Need created by anticipation of retirement & growing volumes – current IMs are all booked and not taking on new patients. Hospitalist service also available for inpatient coverage. Practice is mainly driven by an outpatient population. Call is 1:7 for clinic; 1:18 for ER call. Local hospital is a fully accredited acute care hospital with comprehensive services including everything from robotic surgery to Open Heart surgery, to MRI-guided breast biopsy services. Over 200K residents in the service area have the ability to experience small town life while taking advantage of the attractions that surrounding cities provide.
