A busy community practice in southwestern Vermont is adding an Internal Medicine physician to our growing team of?Physicians and Nurse Practitioners. This group?is Recognized by the NCQA as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home.
About this Opportunity
- 34 patient contact hours; average daily patient census is 13-20
- Call 1:6; Total outpatient with NO hospital work
- Region-leading compensation plan
- Partnership consideration after 2 years (24 partners in the group)
