Internal Medicine Hospital Based job located in Vermont

Seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our outpatient clinic starting Fall 2025
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Full-time: 32 hours patient-facing + 8 hours administrative time
• Provide outpatient care in family medicine or internal medicine to adult and pediatric patients
• Manage average daily patient load of 14 in a clinic setting
• Complete administrative duties including charting, care coordination, and quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in on-call phone rotation (1:11) to support patient care after hours
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive outpatient environment
• Maintain certifications and licensure as required for clinical practice
• Contribute to succession planning efforts for the practice’s long-term stability
• Enjoy a guaranteed base salary of $230,000 with the potential to earn an additional $20,000 annually through quality bonuses
