Family Medicine Physician Job Near Portsmouth, Virginia

One of our premier partners is seeking a family medicine provider for locums coverage as soon as possible and will accept either an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician. This opportunity is based out of the Portsmouth, Virginia area and is the ideal opportunity for a provider looking to make an impact in a value based care setting with a focus on patient experience/outcome.

Details/Requirements:
--Coverage: ASAP - ongoing
--Can credential in 30 days
--Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
--Patient volume: 14-16 patients per day
--Option to go permanent is available 
--Value based care setting centered around adult/geriatric patient load
