Internal Medicine Physician Locums Job in Washington | ASAP and Ongoing | Assignment #110664

Shift Details: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Requirements:
--Board Certified 
--Certifications: BLS
--Washington State License or IMLC 

Assignment Details:  
--EMR: Epic 
--Temporary privileges available  
--Credentialing Timeframe: 60 -90 Days 
--Trauma Level: 3 
--Practice Setting: Outpatient
--Patients Per Shift: 16-18
--Hospital Stroke Certified
--PEDs Level: 3
--Support Staff: 4 RN, 3 PA/NPs, 1 MA
--Office Staff: 5
--No supervision/teaching required
--On-site Resources: lab with a draw station, pharmacy and clinical pharmacist, dietitians and a diabetes education program. GI and Endocrinology also located in the same building
