Practice Options:
- Outpatient Only: Monday?Friday daytime schedule, no inpatient responsibilities, minimal at-home call with no overnight coverage.
- Blended Outpatient/Inpatient: Outpatient clinic schedule protected during clinic weeks, inpatient service taken in one-week blocks (~8 weeks/year), minimal at-home call, no overnight coverage.
