Contact Arthur Moran (Login for Information) (Login for Information).- $500k+ base salary with a $100k+ sign-on bonus
- Monday through Friday work schedule from 8 am - 5 pm
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
- Must have a Wyoming license (or be willing to obtain)
- Join several FMs, IMs, and psych physicians with a full mid-level support staff
- Must be extremely experienced in the complexities of chronic disease management
- A now doctor is preferred, but new graduates will be considered
- Must be board certified or board eligible
