Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician Opportunity – Santa Barbara, California

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician to join our growing and highly collaborative women’s health team in Santa Barbara, California. This is a unique opportunity to build a fulfilling MFM practice with a predominantly outpatient focus, providing consultation and longitudinal management of high-risk pregnancies within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

This position is ideal for an MFM specialist who enjoys complex obstetric care, consultative medicine, and collaborative care models—while avoiding a heavy inpatient workload.

Practice Highlights

• Predominantly outpatient Maternal-Fetal Medicine practice

• Consultation and co-management of high-risk pregnancies

• Advanced obstetric ultrasound and fetal diagnostics

• Preconception counseling and maternal health optimization

• Collaborative care with 9 OB/GYN physicians

• Integrated support from a multispecialty medical group of 250+ clinicians

• Limited/shared inpatient coverage (flexible based on physician preference)

• Opportunity to build and shape a high-risk pregnancy program

• Participation in clinical program development and quality initiatives

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine

• Strong interest in outpatient consultation and longitudinal pregnancy care

• Experience in advanced obstetric ultrasound and fetal procedures

• Interest in program development and innovation in maternal care
