Coverage Details
-- Monday–Friday Clinic: 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM
-- Nightly weekday call
-- 24-hour weekend call
-- Multi-site coverage required (3 sites)
-- Credentialing timeframe: 90 days

Requirements
-- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
-- Fellowship trained
-- Virginia license
-- BLS
-- AIUM certification – Highly Preferred

-- Multiple pregnancy management

Assignment Details
-- Practice setting: Office and inpatient
-- Average patients per day: 27
-- Physicians in practice: 1 per site (2-provider service across two facilities)
-- APP support: 1 NP rotating between sites
-- Exam rooms: 3
-- Onsite ultrasound: Yes (GE 10)
-- Support staff: RN clinic educator, sonographer, genetic counselor, front office team
-- Low-risk pregnancy volume: 5%
-- High-risk pregnancy volume: 95%
-- Nursery level: III
-- EMR: EPIC, Viewpoint
