- Blue Team schedule: 8:30am - 2pm Monday through Sunday (38.5 hrs/week)
- Average 15 patients per physician per day
- Level IV NICU facility
- Night call from home 5pm - 8am with 50% callback chance
- NRP certification and Level IV NICU experience required
- Must attend for patients <28 weeks and critical cases
- Accepts transfers from lower level facilities
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
