Overview
Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Position in Denver! Make a Difference From Day One!
Responsibilities
Enjoy relocation assistance, competitive signon bonus, and practice bonus eligibility! Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking NNPs to join our Denver based team 157bed acute-care hospital in the HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge Medical Center, serving the north Denver–metro area.
- Level II NICU with delivery service and 24 hour Neo available by phone and in-person
- Provide primary and consultative neonatal care, especially in the NICU.
- Participate in high-risk deliveries alongside physicians.
- Manage admissions, rounds, and ongoing care for ill or premature newborns.
- Perform neonatal procedures: resuscitation, line placements, ventilator support.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including neonatologists, nurses, therapists, and lactation consultants.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing with NNP specialization, or eligible.
- Active or ability to obtain Colorado APRN license.
- Comfortable with 24-hour in-house or hybrid shift schedules.
- Experience in Level II/III NICU preferred
Benefits and Compensation
- Salary: $130K-$182K per year based on years of experience for a 1.0 FTE position of 2,080 annual hours. Competitive sign-on bonus amount for experienced NNPs or tuition reimbursement for new NNP graduates.
