Responsibilities include performing all required neonatal procedures, coordinating care with the neonatal team, and maintaining clinical protocols for comprehensive patient care. The position requires board certification in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and prescriptive authority for medication management. Call requirements are integral to the role, ensuring continuous specialized coverage for neonatal patients requiring intensive care services.
