Neonatology Hospital Based job located in Kentucky

Lexington area facility seeking a full-time Neonatology Physician
• Daytime clinical coverage, approximately daytime hours (exact times not stated)
• Home call during nights, supported by 24/7 in-house NNPs (nighttime hours)
• Providing comprehensive neonatal care in a 32-bed Level III NICU
• Managing care for infants from a busy newborn nursery service
• Supporting approximately 4,000 annual deliveries
• Working alongside 2 Neonatologists and 2 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners during daytime hours
• Participating in home-based night call, with 24/7 in-house NNP coverage
• Performing and maintaining hands-on neonatal procedures
• Collaborating within a supportive, team-oriented, collegial practice environment
• Participating in mentorship and professional development (especially supportive for new graduates)
