Neonatal Physician Locums Job in Louisville, Kentucky

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Neonatal Physician to help support one of our trusted partners in Louisville, Kentucky.

Key Responsibilities:
--Record detailed medical histories in electronic medical records, including chief complaints, present conditions, individual and family histories.
--Conduct thorough physical examinations of newborn patients.
--Analyze diagnostic tests, reports, and findings to evaluate the medical condition of patients.
--Diagnose injuries or illnesses and formulate accurate prognoses.
--Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:
--MD or DO
--Kentucky license or ability to obtain one
--Level 2 NICU
--Perform circumcisions

Preferred:
--Experience in neonatology or related specialties
--Board Certified/Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine

Additional Requirements:
--Screening: Background check, license, education, and employment reference verifications
--Health Requirement: COVID-19 vaccination required by the hire date (reasonable accommodations considered).
--Pre-employment drug screening.
