- Inpatient NICU setting
- Call coverage: 15-minute response time
- Extensive procedural skills required including intubation
- Both rounding and admissions required
- Average 4 phone consults and 4 patients seen per 24 hours
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
