Neonatologist needed in Southern New Mexico to join a team currently transitioning from a NICU Level II up to a Level III NICU with 24/7 in house NNP support. The city offers vibrant cultural traditions, and the local state university campus fosters educational and economic vibrancy. physician will have a flexible schedule with clinical duties for only half the month so that you can have an excellent work life balanceCurrently a level II NICU transitioning to a level III.  24/7 in-house coverage with NNP support.  12-bed NICU w/plans to expand to 20+.  largest NICU in Southern New Mexico, there is significant opportunity to mold the unit and help foster its growth.  Competitive salary in the mid-high $300k range with full benefits provided.
