Job Description

- 7-14 days per month -- 24-hour call, out-of-house coverage
- Patient census of 10, up to 18 patients per shift
- Level IIIb NICU with 24/7 NNP coverage
- In-house support from NNP team and pediatric surgery
- Average 2 calls per night/weekend requiring in-person response
- Experience with jet and high-frequency ventilation required
- One week of coverage every three weeks
- Care for neonates from 22 weeks gestation
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
