West Coast Kidney Institute is the largest private practice in the Bay Area made up of 3 different divisions serving distinct communities. The Diablo Division extends from Walnut Creek to Brentwood which is north of Oakland and Berkeley. Our thriving division provides care in hospitals ranked in the top 15 for the State of California, which includes 2 different residency programs. We have medical directorships in local dialysis clinics as well as hospital programs, a dialysis access center staffed by our interventional nephrologists, and a science branch conducting clinical trials with industry. Fellows are strongly encouraged to apply!

• Starting salary $300,000 with incremental increase after year 1

• PTO starts at 4 weeks with a gradual increase to 8 weeks 

• 1 Week CME  

Schedule Details: 

• Office and Hospital 

• In-center dialysis clinic and Home Therapy clinics 

• Calls are distributed evenly for all doctors regardless of seniority 

• Option to work 4 days a week after 2 years
