Job Description
A well-established medical school in Boise is seeking a BC Nephrologist to join its faculty team. This is an ideal opportunity for physicians who are passionate about medical education, mentorship, and hands-on simulation-based training, with minimal clinical responsibilities.
Faculty members play a key role in shaping the next generation of physicians through lectures, small-group teaching, simulation labs, procedural skills training, and student advising. All of this is supported by a modern, state-of-the-art 94,000 sq. ft. academic campus featuring advanced simulation, anatomy, and clinical skills facilities.

Position Highlights:
4 days on-campus teaching + Optional day of low-volume clinical work
80% - 100% teaching — lectures, small groups, simulation, clinical skills, and student advising
Modern 94,000 sq. ft. academic campus with sim center, anatomy lab & OMM lab
Competitive compensation ($250-300k) + full academic benefits
$10k relocation, 240 hours PTO + 320 flex/sick time, $4k CME
