Nephrology Hospital Based job located in Indiana

Facility is seeking a full-time BC/BE Nephrology Physician to join our growing practice
- Flexible full-time schedule
- Split time between clinic, inpatient rounding, and dialysis outreach locations
- Minimal outreach travel (within 1 hour of main campus), typically 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Call coverage: 1:4
- Outpatient volume: 10–15 patients/day
- Inpatient volume: 0–5 patients/day
- Nurse Practitioner support
