Nephrology Opportunity - Between Indianapolis & Ft. Wayne, Indiana!!  (Visa Sponsorship Available)

MUST BE WILLING TO DO A MIX OF INTERNAL MEDICINE & INPATIENT NEPHROLOGY

Hospital is recruiting for BC/BE Internal Medicine/Nephrology Physician to join an established practice group.  Will be a mix of Internal Medicine and Inpatient Nephrology.

Â? Five weeks of paid vacation, one week CME.
Â? Initial Signing bonus of $40,000. $20,000 each consecutive contract year beginning with year two.
Â? Moving Allowance $10,000.
