• Hiring Package: 

• • • $260,000 - $275,000 base salary range
    • $25,000 annual productivity bonus potential
    • $25,000 sign on bonus
    • $10,000 moving/office expense stipend
    • PTO: 25 days year 1; increasing to 40 days maximum

• Schedule/Practice Details: 
  • Equal call schedule, every 4 weeks (+/- given pod size)
  • Each pod covers 2-3 hospitals and 4-5 dialysis centers
