Hiring Package:
- $240,000 base salary
- $25,000 annual productivity bonus potential
- $10,000 moving/office expense stipend
- PTO: 25 days year 1; increasing to 40 days maximum
Schedule/Practice Details:
- Equal call schedule, every 4 weeks (+/- given pod size)
- Each pod covers 2-3 hospitals and 4-5 dialysis centers
