Hiring Package: 

  • $240,000 base salary
  • $25,000 annual productivity bonus potential
  • $10,000 moving/office expense stipend
  • PTO: 25 days year 1; increasing to 40 days maximum

Schedule/Practice Details: 

  • Equal call schedule, every 4 weeks (+/- given pod size)
  • Each pod covers 2-3 hospitals and 4-5 dialysis centers
