Position Details:
- Free-Standing Nephrology Specialty Care Clinic with an Inpatient/Outpatient Dialysis panel of ~300 patients
- Outreach clinics and telemedicine coverage
- Comprehensive benefits package, including robust base salary with performance bonuses and productivity incentives

- Up to $12,000 relocation assistance
