Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated General Neurosurgeon to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive neurosurgical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients with a wide range of neurological conditions. This role requires expertise in surgical procedures, excellent clinical judgment, and compassionate patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general neurosurgical procedures, including cranial and spinal surgeries.

- Evaluate and diagnose patients with neurological conditions through clinical assessments and diagnostic tests.

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

- Provide preoperative and postoperative care to optimize patient outcomes.

- Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals.

- Stay current with advances in neurosurgery and incorporate evidence-based practices.

- Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, treatment options, and postoperative care.

- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

- Board Certification or Eligibility in Neurosurgery.
