Job Description
Seeking a full time Physiatrist PMR-Physician for private practice in Middlebury Connecticut
The practice will also consider NON interventional but prefers interventional Physiatrist
The Physiatrist will be responsible for performing all procedures currently used in pain management, including but not limited to
- Peripheral joint
- Ultrasound guided
- Viscosupplementation Injections
- Cervical Facet Joint Injections
- Botox® for Chronic Migraines/Cervical Dystonia
- Lumbar Discography
- Lumbar Sympathetic Block
- Medial Branch Blocks
- Radiofrequency Ablation
- Percutanious Disc Decompression
- Sacroiliac Joint Injections/ Ablation
- Epidural
- Plasma-Rich-Protein (PRP) Injections
