PM&R physician. This is a new practice we are opening to the west-side of Atlanta.  The physician will be responsible for helping build a pain practice focusing on conservative treatments, medication management and interventions.  Would prefer that the physician already be licensed in Georgia and have an active DEA license. 

 Treating patients for chronic pain management with conservative treatment, medication management and interventions.  Would be helpful if provider could perform at least joint injections and trigger point injections. Would prefer experience and training to do spine injections as well as nerve blocks, radio frequency ablation as well as SCS trials/implants and Kyphoplasty's.
