Job Description

Job Overview
  • Specialty: Outpatient Neurology
  • Hospital Location: Carrollton, GA
  • Start Date: December/January-Ongoing (prefer someone who can cover full-time but let me know what you can cover, and I will ask)
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 
  • Patient Volume: 12 patients per day
  • Reason for opening: Doctor going out on leave sometime in December, see patients for headaches, Parkinsons, seizures, acute stroke, neurologic diseases with specific criteria of testing/ruling out, and Dementia
  • Job Details: Facility does not treat Dysautonomia, POTS syndrome, Orthostatic Hypertension, Tourette’s, Tic disorder, or Tardive Dyskinesia
  • License: Open to IMLC license
  • EMR: Epic
  • Delta Locum Tenens can assist with travel arrangements and credentialing and will cover malpractice.
