Neurology Physician Locums Job in Illinois

Jackson and Coker is partnered with an Illinois based Health System that needs outpatient Neurology coverage starting in 2026. The client is ideally seeking one full-time candidate or two candidates that can each cover 2 weeks (Monday 8A – Friday 4:30P) each month starting in January and ongoing.

Look forward to a consistent work schedule scheduled out for a minimum of 6 months with the option to extend, and to working with a client that has recently been nominated as the Recipient of US News & World Report’s “High Performing Hospital,” Ratings with national accolades from multiple accrediting institutions.

Details/Requirements for Opportunity #110892:
-- Active Illinois license + CSR preferred, also open to candidates with an active IMQL with the IMLC
-- Required: completion of ACGME or AOA accredited Residency training + Active American Board Certification
-- Seeking weekday coverage only each starting ASAP (creds take ~60 days if you are engaged & responsive)
-- Will work from 8AM – 4:30PM each day, Monday – Friday
-- Seeking candidates that can cover full week-long stretches and that can ideally offer a minimum of 2 weeks and up to full-time (4 weeks/month)
-- No night or weekend call coverage needed
-- Required procedures: EMGs, Nerve Conductions
-- Preferred (not required) procedures: Botox + Lumbar Punctures
-- Volume: Can anticipate seeing up to 15 patients per day
-- EPIC EMR, will work in the outpatient center + need to be able to use EMR (or to be trained on it)
