Seeking a BE/BC Neurologist to join our growing neurosciences team in Rockford.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collegial, flexible practice with significant patient demand and the ability to shape your clinical focus. With a large and established base of more than 100 primary care providers, your practice will benefit from this strong and consistent referral pipeline.

Physicians in our program enjoy the ability to practice general neurology or develop a subspecialty focus, including neuroimmunology/MS, movement disorders, or other areas of interest, while collaborating with specialists across UW Health and colleagues in Madison. Our newly remodeled clinic, supportive care team, and flexible scheduling—including a four-day workweek option and no call responsibilities—create an environment where physicians can build a rewarding and sustainable practice.
Your clinical support includes the following:

Strong referral base with 150+ neurology referrals per week from an extensive regional network of primary care providers

Flexible practice model with the ability to focus on general neurology or build a subspecialty program (MS, movement disorders, neuroimmunology, and more)

Newly remodeled clinic space designed for efficient, patient-centered care

Manageable patient volumes with generous appointment lengths

Dedicated care team support including RN and MA staffing

Collaboration with specialists and advanced imaging teams through UW Health

Opportunity to teach medical students and residents if desired

- Competitive salary range based on experience ($365,727 - $440,754)
