Outpatient Neurology Physician Locums Job in Kentucky | Ongoing Assignment Starting Late Summer 2025

Jackson and Coker is seeking an Outpatient Neurology Physician to fill an ongoing locum position in Kentucky. The assignment is expected to start in the summer of 2025, and to remain ongoing through 2026. Kentucky licensed candidates who can commit to all open dates will be prioritized. Seeking full-time coverage beginning late August/Early September.

Details/Requirements for Assignment #109783:
--Kentucky Medical license required (IMLC LOQ also available)
--Two weeks minimum per month, and provide 6 months of coverage or longer. Please ensure that your submission includes --true and accurate availability that the provider would accept if offered.
--Shifts available: 8am-4:30pm On-Site
--Setting: Outpatient: The clinic will see patients M-F only, no call or hospital rounding. Limited to no overtime expected.
--Privileges available: Temp Privileges
--Credentials Accepted: Physician (MD/DO)
--Board level: BC/BE
--Boards: Neurology
--Certifications: BLS, DEA, Kentucky License
--Epic Experience
--Workload: General Neurology Patient experience. Should be comfortable in a clinic setting and able to diagnose and treat disorders of the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nervous system. This includes a wide range of conditions like headaches, sleep disorders, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, neuropathic pain, dementia, Parkinson's disease, and stroke.

Unit Details:
--One physician and 2 APCs in the clinic
--Clinic Doc see’s 10-15 patients on average per day
--Clinic Rooms:10
--APC's in support of physicians and can take follow-up patients
--Time template is 30 minutes for new patients and 15 minute for follow up patients
