Neurology Multi Specialty Group job located in Maryland

Multi-specialty practice in Rockville, MD seeks a highly motivated Board Certified Physician. We have an immediate need for a part-time MD/DO.

Board Certification in Family Medicine, Occupational or Preventive Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine or PM&R preferred. Occupational Medicine experience preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties

Duties for this position include the following:

Evaluates and treating patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills

Performs trigger point injections and joint injections of the knees, hips, and shoulders (training provided)

Evaluates patient treatment programs in coordination with the medical staff

Meets or communicates regularly with a variety of healthcare professionals to ensure successful patient treatment plan

Candidates should have a medical degree from an accredited university, carry a valid DEA license, and meet Maryland state licensure requirements.

Additional skills include:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of documentation of care and other patient information for medical records, EMR preferred

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in all written and verbal communications

Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail

Demonstrated conflict management skills
