Organization/Practice Details:
You choose your preferred schedule, template, patient panel, and more
3 or 4-day work week options offered - could consider part-time
Outpatient only with no call
Existing Neurologist is seeing about 12-15 patients per day, which is his choice as they are booking out about 4 months
Largest primary care referral base in the region with over 20 providers
Autonomics Lab and Neuropsychology on-site
Named as "Best Minnesota Hospital Workplace" by the Minnesota Hospital Association
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary guarantee of over $400K with ability to transition into production model at your discretion
Shareholder status offered after year 1 - annual incentive bonus of group's gross production for the year
Comprehensive benefits package includes a $70K sign-on, $20K relocation, and more
8 weeks of PTO to start and no limit to how much time you can take off

Located in beautiful Southern Minnesota and ranked in the top 2% of all cities for safety within the state
Just 90 minutes southwest of Minneapolis and 25 minutes from Mankato, offering multiple mid-sized or major metro areas to explore
