Job Description
Specialty: Neuro Hospitalist
Hospital Location: Springfield, MO
Reason for opening: Vacancy
Setting: Inpatient
Start: January 18 - ongoing
Stroke Center: Yes
Duties: locum that can read transcranial dopplers, which is a requirement as site has as a Comprehensive Stroke center, No on-call shifts, regular shifts with rounding, all inhouse and consults (in 24 hour period 10 consults) (stroke activations per day roughly 10) these are shared with APP's.
Shift: Provider needs to be able to work days/nights/weekends and potential holidays as needed.
Patients per day: 12
Call: None
License: Missouri or IMLC
EMR: Epic
Additional Info: Will need 24 months of case logs for LP and TNK
